Melissa was very informative from start to finish. We had a unique situation in which we needed to purchase a home fairly quickly and she worked with us every step of the way. The portal where we would view homes and pick out the ones we wanted to see was super helpful. We would email Melissa the homes we wanted to see and she'd make it happen in as little as a few hours sometimes. She was willing to travel up to an hour away at times for home showings. Melissa was also very helpful when it came to finding a lender for our home loan. She recommended a couple of lenders and we found the best fit for us. She was always available to answer all of our many questions and she did so with such patience. Even after we closed on our home, Melissa still checked in with us to make sure our transition was going smoothly. And I know if we ever had any other questions or concerns she'd be available with helpful advice. I would definitely recommend Melissa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
